Several children at once
A guardian or coach can enter several children in one submission, choosing from the events the organizer offers. You agree to the organizer's privacy notice, waiver and code of conduct before sending.
For families and coaches
If your child's tournament runs on Bowin, the organizer can share a registration link and, later, a results link. You don't need an account or an app for either.
When the organizer opens online registration, their link takes you to a form for that tournament.

Your entry waits for the organizer to review it. They may accept it, reject it, or waitlist it if the event is full, and they can send a confirmation email when it's accepted. Fees are paid the way the organizer asks, not through Bowin.
Ask for a sign-in link on the registration page. It works once, within 30 minutes, and keeps you signed in for two hours with your saved children filled in. You confirm belt, weight and age each time, and you can delete your saved profile whenever you like.
Results appear as the organizer records them. Reload the page to see the latest.
SAMPLE DATAThe public page is built from a short list of fields. Everything else stays with the organizing team.
Competitors appear under a display name. By default that is a first name and last initial, such as "Mina K.". When registering online you can choose to show the full name instead.
Schools, ages, belts, weights, contact details and check-in or withdrawal details are not on the public page. Medical notes are seen only by the organizer's owners and organizers, and are cleared 30 days after the tournament ends.
Nothing is public until the organizer publishes, and they can withdraw the page at any time. The link is long and random, so it can't be guessed.
From the tournament organizer. Bowin doesn't list tournaments publicly.
Yes, if the organizer has opened online registration: use the registration link they share. Some organizers still collect entries their own way and bring them into Bowin.
Please contact the tournament organizer. They manage the entries and can correct them.
The organizer decides what to collect and controls the event. Bowin stores it on their behalf. See our privacy summary.
